This is the main entrance. Guests can also check in and receive assistance at the Hotel Lobby on Rua Ivens 21, where our team will guide you to your apartment. During opening hours, access is additionally available through Bistro13 Café on the ground floor.
By Car
Set your GPS to Rua Nova de São Pedro 13. The hotel is located right in the centre of Funchal.
- Private parking is available close to the hotel for €11 per day (limited spaces – advance booking recommended).
If our parking is full, our reception team will direct you to nearby public car parks within 500m.
By Taxi & Bolt
From Cristiano Ronaldo Madeira International Airport, the ride to the hotel takes around 20 minutes.
- Taxis are available directly outside the arrivals terminal.
- Bolt rides can be booked via the app for convenient pick-up.
Expect to pay around €20–30, depending on time of day and luggage.
Drop-off is right at the hotel entrance.
By Bus (Airport Shuttle)
The Aerobus runs regularly between the airport and Funchal city centre.
- Journey time: ~30 minutes.
- Cost: around €5 per person (tickets available on board).
The closest stop to the hotel is at Avenida do Mar (Marina/CR7 Museum). From there, it’s about a 5-minute walk uphill to Rua Nova de São Pedro 13.
