Ruby Tier (Level 3)

Criteria: Reach this tier after more than 10 stays or more than 25 nights.
  • Discount: Enjoy a 12% discount on direct bookings.

  • Madeira Wine: Receive 1 complimentary bottle of Madeira Wine upon arrival.
  • Water: 1 complimentary bottle of water per day.
  • Madeira Flavours: Continue to receive a complimentary basket of fruit or local delicacies upon arrival.

Emerald Tier (VIP Level 4)

Criteria: This invitation-only tier is reserved for guests with exceptional loyalty, influence, or revenue contribution. Reach this tier after more than 30 stays or more than 50 nights.

  • Customisable discounts based on your unique profile.

Benefits

  • All previous benefits: Enjoy all the advantages of the Topaz, Amethyst and Ruby tiers.
  • Exclusive experiences: Access unique experiences such as private tours, special gastronomic events and distinctive local activities.

Important clarification:

To ensure a balanced and rewarding experience for our guests while maintaining the exclusivity of our upper tiers, guests may move up through the levels based on the number of stays and the total number of nights stayed. Progression to higher tiers will be validated after the completion of your stay.

Direct progression based on nights stayed:

 If a guest books a substantial number of nights in a single reservation, they may qualify for direct progression to a higher tier after the stay is validated. For example, if you book 16 nights for your first trip and the reservation is validated, you will be promoted directly to the Ruby Level (Level 3) on your next visit.
By incorporating both the number of stays and the total nights stayed into our progression criteria, we ensure that our guests are recognised for both frequent visits and longer stays, enhancing their loyalty experience with us.
