Dinner: A daily-changing menu crafted by our kitchen team. Expect local Madeiran specialities — dishes rooted in island tradition — alongside international options that keep every evening varied. Dishes are prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients, offering a rotating selection of starters, mains, and desserts.
Half-board dinner is available exclusively to half-board guests. Please inform the team of any dietary requirements or allergies at check-in.
